Formally Redditch United Ladies formed in 1997

Headless Cross Ladies currently play in the West Midlands Division 1 South League. The team originated back in 1997 and were the original Redditch United Ladies F.C. In 1998, the club joined forces with Headless Cross Junior Football Club and consequently changed their name to Headless Cross Ladies.
The team is the most successful of the teams based in Redditch and have won a number of County Cup finals and a league title.
